If you are having a large event such as a wedding, corporate event or birthday party let us decorate for you. We can match our designs and colors to coordinate with your theme. It's easy to place an order with us.
WEDDINGS
Organic balloon garlands, arches and table centerpieces are just a few things we can place around your wedding venue. We can keep it simple or go all out! That is totally up to you. We love hearing ideas from our customers then exceeding their expectations. When our balloon decorations are placed in your venue they will create so many perfect photo opportunities with ease for you and your guests. Your guests will be surrounded by a beautiful ambiance and photos will look effortless stunning.
What We Can Do
If you have certain colors in mind, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make that special order with no additional costs. Please tell your wedding planner you want us, and we will start coordinating with them as soon as possible. We can decorate our designs with additional embellishments such as real or artificial flowers as seen in the photo above. Do not worry if your wedding is in or outdoors. Our balloons will last all day and still look great.
Service Areas
Sweet Clouds is located in Renton, WA but serve many locations from Tacoma, Seattle to Redmond, WA. We may also service surrounding areas with proper notice. Your special day is important and strive to communicate with you, your event planner and the venue in order for your event to run smoothly.
Steps To Balloon Planning With Us:
1. Know your venue. Have you visited your venue in person? Get a sense of the lay out.
2. Search for ideas. Screen shot some pictures of balloon designs you can find on the internet. Have them on hand when you contact us.
3. Know your desired colors. Send us your colors in a photo.
4. Have basic information ready. If you have a wedding planner or are planning your event yourself, we will need to know the basic information such as your name, an alternate person of contact, phone numbers for both, location, date, time and how much time we will have to set up.
5. Get confirmation from us. We will go over everything to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. Payments will mainly be made via electronic invoice unless otherwise stated.
